Spring is my favorite season of the year! And I love casual spring outfits to enjoy the season, so here are new outfits to inspire you with casual and affordable looks for this season.
To start, I don’t know why but I’ve been in a green mood! I’ve just noticed when looking at my Instagram feed (@manuluize if you don’t follow my outfits and tips there yet) the other day, that most of my last outfits were green and my nails have been painted with green nail polish. Yes, green is a trend this season, but my outfits were definitely a coincidence that I didn’t plan.
So here’s an outfit with this mint high waisted belted cigarette trousers, the mint color is just lovely and spring perfect! To make it even more spring perfect, I styled it with a white silky top and a cream cardigan, and I loved this outfit.
To make this outfit super cute and elegant, I’m also wearing a scarf as a hairband, which brings to this outfit an extra dose of style! It’s that little extra touch that can make a big difference in a final look. Because even for casual spring outfits I also love to have that special touch.
To stay in a light spring color palette, my bag of choice is this cream bag. And since I was walking around the Milan center for some events during the Milan Beauty Week this month, I decided to wear a pair of sneakers. Comfy and cute! That’s my kind of style for whenever I need to walk a lot.

And here we are, outfit number 2: I’m all about elegance no matter what’s your budget or occasion. So you know I’ll always get an elegant vibe for my casual outfits. So here’s a casual spring outfit with this satin bralette and a pair of wide-leg trousers (that I’ve already shown you here on 2 neutral colors outfits):
This champagne bralette is very neutral and can be worn with many other colors, both with outfits in light shades like I did for the outfit above, but it will also look great with dark/black outfits.
So if you’re more into black outfits, I also wore this crop top with this pair of black trousers with crocodile-inspired texture, which creates such a cool effect in this pair of trousers. It was the perfect outfit for a rainy day here in Milan. Which was also a great transition outfit, do you know when it’s still kind of cold, but it’s already spring? Well, that’s what I mean.
Black and metallic are also a great combination for a cool and elegant outfit. So I matched this champagne top with the black trousers, which are a neutral combination that goes well at any time. The photos I did of this outfit were just minutes before it started to rain, so here’s a quick comfort tip: always go for closed shoes when there’s a rain forecast. 😉
Well, no spring inspiration is done without a little pink touch for me, so here’s another spring casual outfit with a light pink long sleeve top, long sleeve, but backless! Which makes this top a perfect addition to your spring/summer closet! To wear it on fresher days or in the evening:
I’m loving this long sleeve top because it can create many beautiful elegant outfits with so many combinations. You can wear it with a pair of jeans, elegant trousers or even a skirt or a pair of shorts. For this outfit, I’m wearing it with biker shorts, which are still a trend for this season.
And a backless top is always sexy, without never being exaggerated, so it’s sexy, but elegant at the same time. And that is definitely my favorite kind of sexy clothing.
This new spring is full of trends to try this season, from new ones to trends that were already here last year. And remember that trends are meant to have fun, so enjoy your favorite ones with your favorite clothing!
