If an infinity pool is already amazing, imagine a natural infinity pool, what do you say? Called Pamukkale, which in Turkish means “cotton castle”, this unbelievable place is located in Turkey and its composed by thermal pools that create a great waterfall. If you are wondering if you can take a bath at the Pamukkale hot springs, yes, you can! The hot springs have an average of 35 ° C.
The pools were formed with calcareous structures and if at first glance it may seem like snow, you can rest assured that it has absolutely nothing to do with that. Pamukkale is close to the city of Denizli (which is an one-hour flight from Istanbul).

The so-called Sea of Stars is a phenomenon that leaves the waters of the sea with this brilliant blue effect, it is called bioluminescence, which happens from a chemical reaction of the phytoplankton bioluminescent phytoplanktons, microscopic marine creatures that generate light as a mechanism of survival. And they are visible in the waves closest to the beach’s sand.
The effect can be seen in several places around the world, here in this photo it’s on Vaadhoo, one of the Raa Atoll islands in the Maldives.

With so many amazing places in the world, choosing only 15 places to travel was not an easy task and I’m already thinking of a part 2 of this post. What about to you? Where are you traveling next?
