It’s time to be healthy and active with the Lierac Beauty Run 2019 here in Milan!
This weekend, Milan will be painted in pink again, because the Lierac Beauty Run will be taking place this Saturday (June 8th) and you can join us in this run, that is much more than just a run and that will bring many activities at the Arena Civica in Milan!
The Lierac Beauty Run last year was my first run, I did 5km and it was a great experience! So I was very excited when I heard about this year’s activities, that you can check bellow.
Milan is preparing to welcome the 4th edition of the Lierac Beauty Run this Saturday 8th June. This is a special run, not just because it was the first one I’ve took part, but because it’s dedicated to women and their relatives and the running will take place at 9pm at the Arena Civica here in Milan, such a beautiful location! The event is organized by RCS Sports & Events – RCS Active Team with LIERAC, a cosmetic brand distributed exclusively in pharmacies and parapharmacy, always close to the female universe.
As last year, you can choose one of the two options for the run:
1) of 5 km for non-competitive cross the Parco Sempione
2) of 10 km for the competitive and non-competitive that will wind between the Brera area, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Piazza Duomo, Cordusio, Cairoli with the Castello Sforzesco with the start and finish line always positioned at the Arena Civica.
The preparation and fun start early on the day, from 3.30 pm a series of activities will start at the Beauty Village that will accompany the participants throughout the afternoon before the run.
This year’s theme is Ready Shine Go (nothing more feminine, right?), it’s the new mood chosen by the LIERAC to express the spirit that accompanies many women: light up to reveal the best side of themselves!
Moving on to the day’s program, a special space will be provided at the LIERAC stand where beauty tips will be offered for the skin as well as the Lierac Sun Point, the solar oasis that will allow you to enjoy the benefits of the sun in complete safety, thanks to the Sunissime line. Moreover, to celebrate the theme of this edition, Ready Shine Go, a special glittery photo corner created in collaboration with Design by Gemini, and a tattoo station where you can get gadgets to shine in the most pink summer evening.
In the PHYTO Hair – Bar instead it will be possible to book a “shining” pre-run hairstyle. A moment entirely dedicated to well-being that will allow runners to prepare for the running in style!
NEW BALANCE, technical sponsor of the Lierac Beauty Run for the second consecutive year, has designed the beautiful t-shirt fort his new edition, in a female and male version!
In the GARMIN space you can discover the new GPS watches for the forerunner 45 and forerunner 245 race. These new devices measure the distance traveled and record the heart rate during running workouts. VEEPEE, the well-known e-commerce site dedicated to beauty, will create a Summer Oasis in which you can take a souvenir photo and where you will be offered fresh fruit juices and popsicles. Furthermore, special tattoos and a free yoga session, all dedicated to enjoy and relax before the run starts. There will be refreshing herbal teas and glittered cotton candy offered by TESCOMA, in addition to a series of surprises offered to adults and children.
To warm up the muscles before departure, or just for a relaxing massage at the end of the race, there will be a space dedicated to relaxation and well-being at 360 ° by LLOYDS FARMACIA which will involve Ecolife professional physiotherapists. The creation of the Kids Area is planned, organized by KIKOLLE LAB, where children from 1 to 10 can enjoy games, animations and many other surprises.
From 3:30pm on the stage, there will be many initiatives to entertain runners and a special warm-up signed by the trainers of the Audacious Gym.
One of the things that I love about this run is that, like last year, participants will have the opportunity to support individual projects by donating 5 euros of the participation fee to one of the five partner associations, which are Fondazione Umberto Veronesi, Dynamo Camp, DiversityLab, Fondazione Francesca Rava e Professional Women Network.

Registration can be made online and at the Beauty Village on Saturday: 17 euros for online registration by 7 June and 20 euros for the registration at the Beauty Village on the day of the run.
